This medicine is a plant kingdom remedy that is prepared from a poisonous herbaceous plant commonly known as ‘wild hemlock’. Conium is a flowering plant and it belongs to the family of carrots that is the Apiaceae family.

There is burning pain in the neck of the bladder along with the urethra and frequent micturition at night without the ability to retain urine.

Clinically this medicine is indicated in partial paralysis of the bladder, the urine flows in fits and starts, though urinating better while standing.

Also indicated in haematuria or blood in the urine. A few drops of bright red blood come with the first part of the urine.

Male symptoms

It is indicated in enlarged testicles which are very hard, especially following injuries.

Conium mac is a great remedy for treating vaginal itching after micturition and during menstruation. Patient relives by rubbing their genitals and pressing the uterus downwards.

It is also indicated in leucorrhoea with weakness and paralyzed sensation in the back. There is milky white, acrid, burning mucus coming from the vagina that prevents sleep and exhausts the patients.
