I feel neck and head stiffness while sleeping .During day time my head starts swinging and I lose control of my body movements.This leads to falling down and once I fell on my face down causing a cut on my forehead and it started bleeding. I remain conscious in all such episodes. This causes weakness in me. I try to hold something to avoid falling. I am told it is vertigo and some friends tell me to take conium 200.Please advise if it is the right homeopathic medicine, about dose and any side effects.
