Antimonium Tartaricum belongs to the mineral kingdom. Antimony is found in blocks of parallel black needles with a metallic luster. It is composed of 28 parts of sulfur combined with 100 parts of metallic antimony. 

Antimon. ET Potash Tartaricum is a chemical name of Antimonium tartaricum. The common name of antimonium tartaricum is Tartar emetic. This medicine is prepared with help of trituration.
