1. Consultation Appointment Cancellation & Refund

At Plank Homeopathy, we strive to provide flexible and patient-friendly policies. To ensure efficient scheduling and availability for all patients, we have established the following policy:

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations Made 24 Hours Before Appointment:
   • Patients may cancel their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
   • To cancel, send a WhatsApp message on our customer support number: 7619417800
2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Appointment:
   • Cancellations are not allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
   • The session will be considered as utilized and no refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

1. Cancellations 24 Hours Before: Full refund of consultation fee processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours: No refund will be provided.

Rescheduling Policy

1. Patients may reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge.
2. Rescheduling within 24 hours is not accommodated — a new appointment will need to be booked.

2. Medicine Kit Order Cancellation & Refund

We process and dispatch medicine kit orders promptly. Please read our order cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation Policy

• All orders are typically dispatched the next day before 10:00 AM.
• If you place an order on the same day, you must request cancellation before 1:00 PM on the same day.
• For orders placed on previous days, cancellation must be requested before 10:00 AM the next day (before dispatch).
• Once the order has been picked up by the courier, cancellation is not possible as it is no longer in our control.
• All cancellation requests must be sent via WhatsApp message only to the number mentioned on our Contact page. No other mode of communication will be accepted for cancellations.

Return & Refund Policy for Dispatched Orders

• If you wish to return an order that has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery at the time of receipt. The order will be returned to us by the courier.
• Once the returned order is received by us in original and undamaged condition with all items intact, a refund will be processed.
• The refund amount will be the order value minus the return courier charges and original shipping charges incurred by us.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned order.
• Items that are damaged, missing, or tampered with upon return will not be eligible for a refund.
