Cancellation of Appointment and Refund 

At Plank Homeopathy, we strive to provide flexible and patient-friendly policies. However, to ensure efficient scheduling and availability for all patients, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations Made 24 Hours Before Appointment:

    • Patients may cancel their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment date and time.
    • To cancel an appointment, patients can use one of the following methods:
      • Online: Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the “My Appointments” section to cancel your booking.
      • Email: Send an email with your appointment details to contact@plankhomeopathy.com

  2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Appointment:

    • Cancellations are not allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment date and time.
    • If a patient cannot attend the appointment within this timeframe, the session will be considered as utilized, and no refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund for Cancellations Made 24 Hours Before Appointment:

    • If a patient cancels their appointment at least 24 hours in advance, they are eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request.
    • The refund will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
  2. No Refund for Cancellations Within 24 Hours:

    • No refund will be provided for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time.
    • The consultation fee will be forfeited to compensate for the doctor’s reserved time and the opportunity cost.

Rescheduling Policy

  1. Rescheduling Appointments:

    • Patients may reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges.
    • To reschedule, patients can use the same methods mentioned for cancellations (online, email, or phone).
  2. No Rescheduling Within 24 Hours:

    • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be accommodated.
    • Patients will need to book a new appointment and pay the applicable consultation fee.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please provide the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Appointment date and time
  • Doctor’s name
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)
  • Contact information for refund processing (if different from the original method)
