He has several medical issues, and has had low hemoglobin levels for years that his various drs have not been able to increase. In the course of a few months, we have raised his levels from around 8 to almost 12 with Ferrum Phos 30C. He has blood work probably every couple of months, and that’s when we find out what this number is. Can you please suggest how often he should take it at this point? When I take Ferrum phos 6x one pill twice a day. It bothers me if I take before bed time. Cramping in the right foot during night and not a good feeling. Cannot fall asleep.
